We really enjoyed our stay here. Great pool and beautiful view. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The manager is very nice and personable. Great employees too. Looked after our kids well. Nice quiet area, helped us rent a car so we can explore then island. Highly recommended ! The Carr family from New Zealand

Sunset views were amazing and why we booked the hotel. Hotel was adequate but rooms were a little dated but for the price it’s good value. Staff were friendly. We hired a car which made travelling from the hotel quick and easy to everywhere on the island.

I recently returned from a wonderful vacation in Santorini, where my family and I spent two nights at the beautiful Artemis Suites. Throughout our stay, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the manager and staff. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Noticing that we were traveling with kids, the staff proactively offered to upgrade our room to better accommodate our needs. They also recommended a private tour of Santorini, which turned out to be fantastic. The tour guide was excellent and made our exploration of the island even more enjoyable. The room service and breakfast at Artemis Suites were outstanding. We were delighted with the delicious food and the attentiveness of the staff. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the hotel. We had an incredible vantage point to witness the stunning sunsets and the vast expanse of the ocean. Overall, our experience at Artemis Suites was truly unforgettable, thanks to the warm hospitality, thoughtful gestures, and the incredible ambiance. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

Absolutely terrible service, honestly seems like they go out of their way to be unhelpful. Tried repeatedly over a couple of months to contact them to make a large booking. They ignored when we emailed them, then when we called them they promised to get back to us but never did. They were also rude to my partner when she called. Glad we didn’t end up staying here - if this is how they treat potential guests, I can’t imagine how badly they would have treated us once they had taken our money.

We checked in to the hotel. The manager was aware of AC not working (106 degrees outside) but still checked us in. When we went to complain about AC, there were two another guests whose AC was not working. The management (i) won’t give a time frame when the AC will be fixed, (ii) won’t change the room and (iii) won’t find a replacement hotel, (iv) won’t refund the money. Very uncooperative and incompetent staff and really poor service. Save your money, DON’T book this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
