the receptionist is very bad many hands but none were helpful the phone in rooms is not working, the rooms have a really small capacity, the bathroom toilet is not working and have a really bad smell. service is very slow, contacting them through direct call and wa is not your option either they’re not responding at all. but the satpam and workers in teras langit is very kind hearted and fun, legit the only good thing from this hotel

I went to here for staycation and booked twin bed room with breakfast. I do hope will find all u can eat breakfast with that price, but in real thy just send the breakfast to the room with 2 menu : choco cheese sandwich + omellete and rice + sayur labu+ ikan + perkedel + buah. Honestly I am very disappointed with this menu. If I knew I would prefer to find breakfast outside the hotel. The room is not spacious but comfort enough only the sink in the shower doesn't work well. So many hairs stuck on it make the small flood in the shower place. Overall the facilities and the room is good

Iftar with my friend last Thursday at MamaResto, ambience just average, buffet iftar looks good but the taste just so so, the Gulai Ayam was a bit though, Bikang Ambon cake also hard, some soup bowls and cutlery are not clean properly sorry to say. However one of the staff was helpful and caring, thanks to Alya for good service!

An excellent hotel. It is totally worth what you will pay at this hotel. You will get a super comfy room, and also nice modern designs at the hotel that will make your stay even better here. I really appreciate the details on the designs on the elevator's entrance and the hallways. Also, they have a pretty nice cozy cafe up top at the 12th floor. Overall, it was an excellent hotel to stay in.

For a budget hotel, their service is exceptional. The doorman, front desk, room service, all of them are so friendly upon arrival until i departed. But my room has drainage/plumbing issues, both the shower area and the washbasin

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
