silent area, nevertheless short walk to restaurants & many other things anybody need, little bit more then 20 minutes walk to north bus-terminal, rich international breakfast, gym & pool(~16x12m), staff friendly & hard-working & helpful; wide corridor & staircase always shiny, room also glittery clean, enough space also in bathroom, everything works powerful (my stay on 5th floor); many international channels on TV, ~2qm²balcony, enough🅿️, recommend for longer stay (myself 17days)

Recommended accommodation for those seeking to stay in a quiet place in a maddeningly busy city of Pattaya. The stay is comfortable, but negative points for the lack of basic food for lunch and dinner in 1km vicinity, including the hotel itself. It only serves breakfast. Looking for a taxi service can also be a struggling experience.

Easily the best and most beautiful 4 star hotel in North Pattaya. Modern, very clean room and building. The owner and all the staff are so polite. They also have big parking lot.

We have been staying at this hotel every year for 5 years and can't fault it.we stayed on January the 3rd for 14 nights.turned up at the hotel to find out they have new owners which greeted us at the door to say they were open.we were literally the only people occupying the hotel.the only downside was the mattress.it was impossible to sleep as the mattress was as hard as a rock.i really hope you replace the mattress a this makes a big difference. Hopefully will be staying again in December if they can give us the same rate we have been paying for 5 years.unfortunatly u do not have an email address I can get intouch with you to ask about room rate.Thanks

Cleaning is awful. They weren't cleaning the floor. They weren't change old dirty bags from the bin in a toilet. They could examine your belongings

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
