It is a good hotel and has modern apartments. It is good value for money and is spotless. It is close to the shops, so you do not have to catch public transport. The only downside is that the rooms do not have televisions. There is also no heating, and it can get cold. Apart from that it is a good hotel.

The position is nice cause it is super close to the city centre, even if it is a bit hard to find and it has a very big trash can in front of the door. The Host is super nice, she even prepared fried rice for all the people in the rooms one night! The issue is that everything is super small. The rooms are super tiny, the toilets are so tiny, almost claustrophobic. My room was at the 4th floor (with no elevator) and it had a strange smell which I couldn't understand where it came from and didn't go away even if I kept the window always open

AVOID I saw a few reviews about bed bugs but was optimistic and most of them were months ago and also there weren’t many and a lot of good reviews, I went into my room and checked it as I travel alot and initially didn’t see anything, still optomistic. I was lying on top of the bed for around 5 minutes when all of a sudden I saw around 2 bed bugs crawling up the wall and one on the bed. I refused to stay somewhere with bed bugs so had to leave. I spoke to what u believe is the owners son as the owner didn’t speak English and he was apologetic and did agree to issue me a refund, he did however deny the claims at first and said there had been no such thing mentioned before despite the past reviews. I’ve stayed in many places similar in the past all in different European coyotes with some bad reviews like this but as the reviews do go back a while I would avoid and not get in a situation like me having to book a last minute hostel and avoid having to pay alot more than initial

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
