We loved it. My partner and I had stayed in the queen bed loft room and it was so comfortable at an decent price point. We enjoyed it so much that we even extended our stay. The staff that we interacted with were very accomodating and friendly despite our queries and requests. The hotel is also situated at a near distance to bendeemer MRT as well as a few convenience stores which you can go to for late night snacks, not only that but there also a good range of restaurants which you could stop by for lunch or dinner in the area. If you dont mind the prices being on the slightly higher side, i recommend giving the Arton boutique hotel a go.

I was totally unhappy there. The front desk people were not professional & active. They don't know how to behave with someone. Room arrangement was not good. They can give one excuse that Singapore is very expensive city & their facility is related to price but I can't believe it. They can provide better service with this price if they want. The inside environment was so so. I wish they will improve their service & we shall stay that place again.

We are 2 ppl who stayed here for 2 days and Iam glad we dis not stay any longer here. It was a tiny 12 sqm room very overpriced and reception not friendly at all. Not only we payed overpriced for a tiny room but they wanted us to pay more just for a bit of upgrade. I could not even open my suitcase here. Bad experience overall.

Terrible sound proof, early morning can hear baby cry, next you can hear people having KTV/party inside the room as early as 8am plus! Water heater is also another issue. With the price paid, there other hotel can have a much better rest with better sound proof.

not a nice place. whatever shown in the picture on booking websites is misleading. mostly hotels are using similar tricks using wide angle lens, lighting or photoshop showing the hotel room looking more spacious than it really is, or they make a crowded beach at a mega resort look like a deserted oasis

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
