Location is very well. We like to walk in the city, we could walk almost everywhere. Before we come we read that rooms were cold , but on the contrary rooms were very hot in January. I loved to sleep in a room with artworks on the walls. Be surrounded with great artworks in the hotel. Staff ara so nice as well

We stayed here two nights and everything was great! Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (including tea, coffee, mini fridge) . You can also find Body&Hands gel, Shampoo, Conditioner and other stuff for comfortable stay. We also visited their sauna (which is free of charge ) and it was excellent! Thank you for the service and staff assistance!

Ideal hotel for professionals. The room was nice, the staff were friendly, the amenities were first class, the spa was unexpectedly excellent and there was plenty of room in the sauna. Ask the front desk for a robe. WiFi requires no password or setup which is a nice time saver. The gym also had good modern equipment although can imagine if it was busy it wouldn't be adequate. One thing that was a little annoying was the room was really hot, despite it being winter and snowing outside, fortunately we could open the window, and kept it open the entire night and it was still warm! Lovely hotel, great location, highly recommend!

The hotel is really well situated, just a short walk from museum island. The front desk was really friendly, and allowed us to check in early which was handy with an early flight! The room was clean, fairly large and had a great view of TV tower. We didn’t have any milk in our room for teas & coffees in the morning, but a quick call down to reception sorted that and they brought a jug straight up without a charge. Overall a really good hotel!

We booked a family accommodation and the room was perfect for us. We loved staying in this hotel ❤️ Highly recommend for their service, location and ambience👏 Also, the receptionists (especially Fatima, Denny & Dominique) are extremely kind. They were always available to fulfill our wishes. Really happy with the service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
