Had a really nice stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, the location is very convenient, a short walk to two of the major metro lines. The lobby has a very convenient minibar area with complementary coffee, tea, snacks, and drinks available for guests 24/7. For New Year’s Eve they even let guests on to the roof to enjoy the fireworks. I have to make special mention of the quality of service. Due to a logistical error my reservation dates were made incorrectly. We had arrived very late at night in the hotel but the staff were quick to figure out room availability and were able to accommodate us on extremely short notice for a couple nights and then even notified us over the coming days as rooms became available due to late cancellations. They really went above and beyond to help us sort out an emergency situation on a very busy new years weekend. Very thoughtful and professional service.

First time in Taipei with my family and we chose this hotel due to location, room size and prices. Here are my thoughts. Ground level entry with minimum security but will only allow you to get to reception area on 4th floor. All hotel guests required a keycard before accessing the other floors. Reception team is lovely, very welcoming, informative and 24 hours service. The response rates if needed forthem to attend to your room was very fast too! Location is great, will 7-11 opposite and small food market just round the corner. Very close to main streets to get public transport to other areas. Easy walk around and feel pretty safe given the roads are very busy, unlike some quiet dark ones I've seen. We were upgraded to a bigger room, really appreciate this when I was with 2 elderly with slight mobility issues. Corridor and room are clean, nice and quiet for a good night sleep with the comfy beds. Complete with toiletries and daily cleaning services. We didn't opt for breakfast as there are good food place close by. The only thing that I am not sure of is their fancy "no-smell" toilet which can an experience for some！ Overall, great value, great hotel.

Enjoyed my stay overall. Room was clean tidy. The bathtub was very clean as well. They also provide some complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge. And also some coffee and tea. The aircon is very quiet so i really appreciate that. It is a short walk from the nearest MRT station around 10 mins or so(?) Will definitely stay at this hotel again if i do come back to Taipei in the future

The main lobby was amazing and the rooms are clean. There is also a MRT station a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend staying here. The receptionist was amazing, she also understood and communicated with us in perfect English.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
