During our stay at the Arts Hotel Taksim, we were impressed by several aspects that contributed to a positive experience. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a genuine smile that added a welcoming touch to the overall atmosphere. The hotel's breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. It provided a satisfying start to each day of exploration. The convenient location near tourist attractions and public transportation made it easy to navigate and explore the vibrant city of Istanbul. However, we must note a drawback: the rooms lacked soundproofing. This became a noticeable inconvenience, as external noise occasionally disrupted the tranquility of the stay. Despite this drawback, the Arts Hotel Taksim remains a solid choice for those seeking a friendly atmosphere, good breakfast, and strategic proximity to Istanbul's attractions and transportation hubs.

Worst hotel experience. Rooms poorly designed, with no place for luggage. Coffee pot old and rusty, coffee cups dirty. Not enough toilette paper. Noise from neighboring restaurant/bar will keep you up past 4am. Hotel bar is uninviting, and front staff was not too welcoming or helpful. Elevators did not function properly or consistently. And on the last day, a hotel staff rings the bell at 8am and walks right in while we were still dressing. He stated he was there for “bar control” and proceeded to count the beverages consumed from the fridge as I was getting dressed. Despite lecturing him on boundaries and manners, he left our room and went straight to our daughters’ room for the same task. I had to follow him to prevent the same embarrassing experience and asked him to come back later when everyone was dressed. Disrespectful and tacky.

Ten years since I have been in this hotel and I am planing to visit Turkey again and it come to my mind but after reading some reviews from recent visitor no way I book in this hotel. Same issue they did not change to be better. 1. Rude stuff, 2. Racist 3. Housekeeping service is a huge issue specially after pandemic people seeking outstanding housekeeping performance from all hotels. 4. Entering to your room without any reasons (it happen to me while I was sleeping and when I went immediately to the reception they treated me rudely and justified that the room was not ready for me and want to check it)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
