Cheap + art theme. But I will not stay here again due to bad vibes. Stuffy and bad smell at lobby, corridor and room. No lift. Expect to climb up two levels max. The shampoo and body soap dispensers were empty. Lucky we brought our own. It is a 10-min drive to where I like to frequent in Skudai.

The Front Office is very friendly and tolerant regarding deposits. Room rates are not worth the quality at RM86.77. Outside the entrance there was a dog causing an unpleasant odor. The bathroom door had no lock and the toilet flush did not work properly. Towels are small and smelly.

I order two queen size bed room , the hotel reception give a room haven’t cleaning up so I go counter change the room she said is our wrong because we check in early but we only early 10 minutes she should not give us a haven’t cleaning room. In the end, she still change a room for us with annoying face. I will not recommend because the bathroom door cannot lock, water volume is so small and the service is not good.

worst hotel ever. booked two hotels, both had no water, one even had cockroach moving around on the bathroom wall. sink also did not have the stopper. suggest to think twice before booking tis hotel

No reception at night and the main door of the hotel was locked.... I order food at 11 pm then ask the rider to leave it at reception for me to collect but nobody was there and the main door of the hotel was locked.... If have some emergency happen in this hotel everyone was locked up and sticked inside the hotel.... Very scary experienced

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
