Staying in Aruga will always be memorable. My colleagues had fun staying and upon checking in, room was very clean and organized. We slept well and all our requests have been responded efficiently. Hopefully next time, I can bring my own family to stay.

5-star hotel-like stay, cozy and functional room, plus the exceptional service. Aruga Apartments is a gem in Rockwell, Makati - highly recommended! In the guest service desk, you will be greeted warmly by people - hi to Ms. Danielle who's very friendly and courteous ☺️. Also, my sister and I felt lucky and thankful to be offered with free upgrade in our room (from studio to one bedroom suite) and that was amazing! The room is top-notch - from the relaxing interior to the functionality of every space! I appreciate the cleanliness of everything as well as the fact that the kitchen is completely equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely return. Our breakfast food concludes our stay here impressively. Overall, it feels like we stayed in a 5-star hotel. The amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The mall access and Golf cart (Hotel Buggy) service contributed to a convenient and enjoyable stay. Furthermore, the breakfast at the Prologue was delightful. The menu offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes, and the attentive staff ensured that each meal was a memorable one. Overall, our stay was truly exceptional. The courteous and attentive staff, along with the outstanding amenities, made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and pleasant stay.

Best family staycation, always my number 1 favorite. Haven't been booking since the pandemic but very happy to see the same brand of excellent service after 2 years! The attention to detail is everything! From the time of check in with the smiles of all the staff, from guards at the door to Reception to in-room services to check out, Aruga always feels like home.

With our stay in the Rockwell Center, I was glad that we were able to stay and experience the amenities, rooms and services of Aruga. The staff are professional and friendly and would assist us in everything we need and the place is near powerplant mall which has a direct access via underground tunnel. My experience was truly a memorable one.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
