        Worst experience of my life! Booked a twin room, they gave us a room with a double bed. The duvet was a single bed size which were placed sideways across the bed. The bedding was really disgusting, see photo. Not to mention the bad smell and filthy breakfast area. No cups for coffee. The floor planks were broken and covered with old rugs. (Rags) It was cold and wet. It was impossible to complain to anyone as no one could speak or understand English. Stay far away from this hotel.

        Absolutely disgusting. Our hotel room looked so nice online. However when we got there they took us to the back of nice looking part of the hotel. Our building was not the same online. The rooms we’re big however everything was of poor quality. Nearly everything was broken. The showers kept on getting blocked at the bottom to the point where I was nearly swimming with the water I used to wash myself. The worst part about this was the beds. The actual duvet under the sheets were all yellow damp and stinking of sweat. I realised this the next morning and when I woke up my whole body was itching and after looking closer I had gotten bed bug bites all over my body and face. Everything in the room looked very cheap too and could easily fall of as well. The man staff however was really friendly when I told them about the issues they came and fixed it. They gave us the bad side of the hotel I believe if you unluckily get it then you will come across these problems. Also the lady we explained about our problems is all talk. She says she will fix it without even saying sorry. And says it so casually as if she hears all these problems everyday

        Everything was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was really nice and the staff was very friendly.It’s pretty close to the historical places and there are lots of activities nearby. I loved it there and I will come back again certainly!

        Everything was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was really nice and the staff was very friendly.It’s pretty close to the historical places and there are lots of activities nearby. I loved it there and I will come back again certainly!

        Everything was perfect. Service was good, workers were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. When it comes to location, it was just amazing and everywhere was available. It was easy to go everywhere you want. And price was reasonable.

        STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAR AS YOU CAN. If I could give this place a "0", I would do it on the heartbeat. We booked 3 rooms through Expedia for our family tour. Rooms that were shown in Expedia pictures were no way near what was given to us. First, they offered us 3 rooms in the adjacent building. Rooms were stinky, one of the rooms was actually their storage room with fridge, luggage and what not. When we complained about it, they offered us rooms in the basement. We went to see those rooms and came right back upstairs. Basement rooms were suffocating and had strong smell of mold. We talked to the lady and showed her Expedia pictures and asked her why we are not given these rooms. she said that those rooms were not available. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Since we were a big group with a lot of luggage, we opted to keep the rooms in adjacent building. Our luggage was brought in our rooms, and we left for the city walk. When I came back to my room, I noticed one of the beds was broken. It was late at night, and the last thing I needed was a broken bed. I talked to the lady at the desk again, she sent a guy who put 2 small pcs of wood between the base of the bed and mattress so the mattress would not sink in (See picture). I asked the guy "Is that how you want me to sleep? on top of two wood pieces". He did not understand English so I only got a hand gesture that he will fix it tomorrow, which he never did. The next day, a part of AC fell off (See picture) right above where my little girl was sleeping the night before. I am glad it happened when we were not in the room and not when she was sleeping right below it. The whole place had such a bad smell. Their dining area smelled so bad that we had to hold our breath every time we walked through that area. They had several pets and I guess those pets were never cleaned. They offered breakfast, but not a single person from my group wanted to touch a thing in that dining room. It was a worst hotel that I have ever been to. Bedding looked nasty, couches were so dirty, and the whole place they had us stay looked filthy. I am not the one to write bad reviews, but this is well justified. I don't want another family to experience the same thing we did. We dreaded our 2 days stay here; my kids were disgusted by this place. Our room had a door to a balcony with no lock. Behind it was some rundown type of area. I had to secure that door with a table and luggage. My brother's room had a door in the bathroom that opened to another balcony again with no lock. His family could not use that bathroom.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
