I am moved by their hospitality. The atmosphere is peaceful and I felt like I am at my own home. The place is so comfy and healthy morning breakfast including in the room price. They are always ready to get your request with humbleness. They easily understand your situation and they listen to you. When ever I visit Nepal this place will be my choice. I can call this place my second home .

For the money one of the best value hotels I've stayed at anywhere in the world. Genuinely the service and hospitality of all the staff is amazing. The rooms aren't anything special but they are clean tidy and the bed was comfortable. I slept very well for each of my 9 nights. The breakfast was very good and included in the price, they even made pancakes especially for my friends and I every morning. They arranged taxis for us and all payable upon checkout. If I ever happen to be going back to kathmandu I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else for a stay that doesn't break the bank. The location is great and very close to thamel centre.

Rooms are very specious with all good amenities. But no lift & no drivers room for taxi travellers. Helpful staff specially GM Mr.Basudeo. Good hospitality with very nice ambience. It is recommended to all specifically families without senior member. But if you get first floor confirmation booking then this hotel is highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again and again. Most likely part of stay is departure gesture by hotel . Feels so happy.

Possibly the cleanest place in Nepal. After weeks on silty beachs kayaking, unpacking those bags in the rooms felt shameful. The staff are all too kind and helpful, you basically cant carry your own bag... unlimited bottled water, and storage. Would certainly stay again!

This hotel is budget-friendly, the rooms are clean. I stayed there for three days. The staff at the reception area includes a somewhat arrogant lady and an older gentleman. However, I would like to mention Mr. Baburam; he is excellent at handling guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
