We really enjoyed our stay here. We had no problem getting by as English speakers. We were greeted with hot tea and they helped us carry our bags in. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful and new. We didn’t try food there but whenever we walked by it looked good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There’s not as many amenities offered compared to some other hotels but that didn’t bother us. Also they were able to forward our luggage to the next hotel through Yamato which was a huge help!

such an incredible experience here, have never felt so welcomed by staff🥹 everyone was so helpful and extremely accommodating - visiting japan as a vegetarian wasn't easy but the breakfasts here were such a highlight. the girls at the breakfast service were so kind and understood english very well. the cocktails were also a highlight, the rooms as well being so comfortable. thank you for making our stay so special!

Very affordable but high quality and cozy. We love the location and getting to the hotel from the station was an easy 20 minute walk through a quaint alleyway. The rooms are very modern and comfortable and the service was extremely friendly and helpful. You definitely get more than what you pay for!

I stayed in Japan for two weeks and this was hands down the best hotel I stayed at. Truly a hidden gem. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. From design to functionality, everything was very well thought out. I often found myself just wanting to stay in bed but had to remind myself that I was on vacation and should probably go do things. The staff were excellent (and foreigner friendly). They were helpful and very friendly, and even offered me an early check in as my room was already clean (maybe don’t expect this, I think I just got lucky!) The check in/check out process was foreigner friendly and very easy! There is a trendy bar and restaurant downstairs with a great atmosphere, especially around dinner time. Food and drinks were delicious. The location is in a nice quiet part of town with lots of local shops and restaurants. There is a subway around 5 minutes away, which isn’t amazing when it’s so humid, but it’s really not bad at all. Overall, absolutely wonderful hotel! Next time in in Kyoto I will definitely be booking another stay here! (I forgot to take photos but the Google photos are very representative of what you get in real life!)

This round-the-clock availability ensures that guests can seek assistance and information at any time, which is especially helpful for those arriving late or needing help with various inquiries. However, it's worth noting a couple of drawbacks. Some room types are located on the basement level, which might not be ideal for guests who prefer higher floors with better views. Additionally, the absence of laundry facilities, such as washing machines, could be inconvenient for travelers who like to do their laundry during their stay. Overall, this hotel offers a clean and well-designed environment with the added convenience of 24-hour service, but potential guests should consider their room preferences and laundry needs when booking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
