Absolutely amazing inn. We had a Japanese style room on the second floor for a night and it was very spacious and had everything we needed, air conditioning, bathroom, towels, bedding, tv, etc. The futons were very comfortable. I was very warm and it was very easy to fall asleep. The downstairs lounge area is so peaceful. It has a gas fire going to keep guests warm, books to read, a sitting area, and an area to eat! The free private onsen was also a treat, very spacious and relaxing. The hamburger dinner and the Japanese breakfast were very delicious and it was so nice to look at the zen garden while eating. The staff members were amazing, very kind and helpful and spoke perfect English. I didn’t ask his name, but there was a young man who checked us in as well as cooked all of our meals and answered our questions. We felt very thankful for him. Super happy with our stay! ありがとうございます！:)

Stayed here with wife and 12yrs old for one night at this lovely quiet inn. Beautiful front Japanese gravel garden overlooking hills. Autumn colour was nice. Onsen bath invigorating. Friendly staff who knows speaks good English also helps. Shuttle bus took us to Gora in the morning for funicular rail up mountain.

It is like the nicest hostel in the world but with big private rooms and magical private onsen. Dinner and breakfast are in this adorable shared lobby. The staff was so helpful and kind and went over the top to always help us. The only downside is how far it is to walk from Gora station. I recommend either calling a Taxi (only $7 USD on the GoApp) or taking the bus to the bottom of their hill. It is well worth the trek!

Beautiful garden, peace and serene accomodation. There are 5 of us and they allowed us to add a futon for ¥5150 instead of booking 2 rooms. We stayed in room 204 with a nice garden view! The reception staffs are very helpful and can speak English. We left our belonging at the hotel. They contacted me and help us post it to our next hotel. Excellent customer service. We paid ¥900 per person for breakfast. You can book your breakfast when you check in. 2 types of breakfast to choose from, Either western or Japanese. We go for Japanese breakfast and it was delicious. There are 2 private onsens. You can book the onsen for session starting 4pm-9:50pm. Each time slot is 40 minutes. The left onsen is much nicer and bigger. The right onsen is very small and can only fit in 2 adults. However, you are free to use the onsen in the morning before 1030am, no booking required, it’s first come first serve basis. If you are coming by car, there are parking beside the accommodation.

Beautiful place to stay with great views. Service was great. Free shuttle to nearby station which is very convenient. The owner himself dropped us off and very helpful with our luggage. Food was great. Staff improvised our meal according to our need ( vegetarian) and taste. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Onsen is very nice and well maintained.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
