We stayed for three nights and service was outstanding. From greeting at reception by Miss Fatimah till our room, everything was superb. Rooms are spacious and elegant furniture and fixtures. Welcome note, fruits and coffee were excellent. Breakfast had little option but all necessary items were available. Swimming pool for the kids was hot and cozy. Overall a joyful experience and will come back again.

I stayed here for nearly 6 weeks for business travel and I can say that I had a very pleasant experience in this Hotel. The Staff was extraordinary and very friendly. The food was excellent and the overall comfort had a very high standard. When I had any questions or concerns the staff was helpful and always tried to find a solution to make me feel comfortable and this made for a great stay. Also, the nearby beach, restaurants, cafes and overall amenities gave many opportunities to just stroll around after work and relax which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is travelling into the Al Khobar area!

It is one of the good hotel options in Al-Khobar, located in a beautiful place near the Corniche. Some rooms have a view of the city and the sea. It is highly recommended to make your hotel reservations well in advance to book the rooms with better options and views. This way, you can ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed for one night. The experience was excellent. The furniture is new and well-maintained. The hotel is spotless and comfortable. The staff in the reception were amiable and upgraded my reservation. I liked the city view. Check-out was speedy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
