I’m impressed with this hotel ♥️ I stayed 9 days with my family and it was the best and most comfortable stay Everything was up to standards, location couldn’t be better, the staff are very polite ,welcoming and smiley all the time . They are so attentive when it comes to special requests I just wrote in my request that we’re coming to the hotel for my mom’s birthday and they surprised us with chocolate and beautiful decorations. 🥰 We took 2 bedroom apartments which was huge clean and well furnished . The swimming pool view is literally in front of the twin towers I really recommend this hotel for your future stays

Almost perfect. This is a really good hotel and the location is nearby to a lot of known places and malls in KLCC. Also very close to the MRT station. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 due to minor improvement that I think is needed to make it better. One is the elevator maintenance must be completed. Second is room service; this would be a big plus if they had this, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker to this place. I still highly recommend this hotel.

Great service! Only issue was with the booking personnel but glad it was rectified. Special thanks to Afdal for helping us with the bags and great service rendered. Breakfast could have been better as variety could be more and space could be bigger. Not sure if this is an apartment styled concept. Overall happy stay for the family.

We had a great stay here, very spacious rooms with living area, kitchenette and bathroom. We upgraded at check in which allowed us to check in early (10.30am) as that room type was available. Rooms were immaculate and we had a view of the Petronas towers from the room. Swimming pools both on the 6th & 99th floors - with the latter giving probably one of the best views in the city of the towers! Location was great for KLCC and easy to get around with the public transport/grab taxis. We would definitely recommend!

Place is clean and located in a nice area, however, it lacks the following: 1- there are no restaurants and no in-room dining, so if you are seeking late night munchies then this is the wrong hotel. 2- breakfast is very disappointing, so if you are booking here, don't book with breakfast. 3- of the 6 lifts, 3 had not been functional for the last couple of days and no one seems to care Overall, with the price range of this hotel compared to services, i wouldnt recommend any of my friends or family to book it, other options are available in the area

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
