        I’d like to, first of all, appreciate the top notch service from Ascott Sudirman. From the booking stage, arrival arrangement, the stay and the checkout, everything was seamlessly pleasant. The room, facilities and amenities are exactly as stated in the website, even better in real life. Me and the companions I was staying with, all had a very nice first impression with Ascott Sudirman. The only turn-down was the electricity system, where there are only too little number of outlets, and some of them in the master bedroom were not working properly. Thus the high-wattage appliances such as iron, hair dryer and straightener could only be used in rooms other than the master (including the one in the bathroom). I also experienced unstable hot water access in the master shower. Regardless, it was still a pleasant stay, and I’d be more than happy to experience more times in Ascott properties.

        I recently stayed at Ascott Indonesia, and while the property is stunning with excellent reception service, there were some notable issues. The bathroom cup had cleanliness issues, and during breakfast, I felt discriminated against as a local guest compared to a foreigner. Additionally, staff exhibited inattentive behavior, like watching TikTok while refilling coffee. The restaurant service was disappointing, and there was an unsettling incident with a staff member knocking on my door. Despite the positives, these concerns impacted my overall experience. I hope Ascott can address these issues promptly to maintain their high standards. Edit: Management team was very quick to respond to our feedback. We really appreciate their attentiveness to the issue.

        The best place I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable. So many facilities we can enjoy there. The food was tasty. Perfect location, it was very quiet, there was no sound of the bustle of the city, even though it was in the middle of the city (it really helps to rest comfortably). Really recommended!

        I enjoyed the facilities provided by the hotel. The staff there are friendly and helpful. They also call in to check if your room isn't tidied up on that day if you decided to put Do Not Disturb. My room was on the 42nd floor and there's kitchen, working desk, water dispenser and a bathtub. I would definitely come here again for work or with my family. The location is slightly deeper down and there are residential suites and offices within the vicinity. Drivers are often lost as they had missed a turn or stop too early at the residential area instead of the hotel area. Perhaps more signage can be placed so that the driver knows to go further in. Hope the service standards remain high the next time I'm here. Good job!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
