The hotel was very new and well designed and very elegant!! The venue is splendid, just 5mins walk to Tanah Abang shopping!! There are only 2 highlights, the rooms which I stayed had no windows so it was a bit difficult as it felt like it was enclosed and the second is the breakfast varieties, could have more. In summary it was a good stay.

Highly reccommended hotel. The price is affordable, service is superb, and I really love the smell at the lobby. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We request to change the room and they help us to move our items. We also request for birthday room decoration and they have help us to decorate it (but if you wish to add on cake, there will be additional charge. Please do not expect free service ya guys) Since the hotel is quite new, the design is aesthetically pleasing with many instagrammable spot(including the swimming pool). Easy access to nearby attractions such as Pasar Tanah Abang (walking distance), Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin. The breakfast selection is average, but with different choices everyday

Hectic and haywire tanah abang and jakarta dont deserve this heaven. The hospitality and service are amazing. We did not expect they allow early check in at 12pm, and we are allow to leave our luggage while roaming around before get to the airport You can rest assure if your check in and check out timing not in line with your flight schedule. We were assisted by Miss Anna and she is so friendly and acommodating. The room is clean and convenient with a proper ventilation system. The breakfast is fine with sufficient choices of food. Thank you ashley tanah abang!

👍: -Very beautiful and new modern hotel. -Rooms are very well equipped, clean. -The swimming pool is right in the middle of the hotel with some rooms overlooking it. -The hotel breakfast changes everyday so you won't eat the same thing over again. 👎: -The location is good, but there is nothing interesting nearby of walking distance, maybe a few convenience stores. All the other shopping malls you have to take a taxi to.

The hotel has style. We loved staying in the family room all 4 of us. We could leave the luggage for the whole day after the check in. The staff was very attentive, helping with he bags. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast had everything we needed and was well organised. The location I can't comment on. We were one day and have not figured out what to be close to. We liked it that it was on the main street and easy to grab a car.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
