I recently stayed at this city hotel in Jakarta for 5 nights, and overall, it was a solid experience. Located in one of the best streets for local food, the hotel offers a clean environment with a friendly atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the on-site Chinese restaurant is fantastic. The self-service laundry room proves to be quite convenient. However, the hotel lacks a spa and pool, making it more suitable for a brief stay. The downsides include small, cramped rooms without a minibar or a desk, except in the most expensive room category. Despite these drawbacks, the reasonable nightly rate makes the overall value exceed the investment.

A lovely hotel with rich oriental theme located in the one of famous street food. Ample room size, clean and comfortable bed. Self service laundry is a plus in addition to the normal laundy service. A pleasant fragrance in the lobby area. The staff are polite, especially Mr. Calvin and one waiter who attend breakfast. She greets me every morning and remembers my egg preference. Unfortunately, the food options for breakfast are quite limited. The Tang restaurant serves delicious dimsum and Chinese food. I will definitely comeback.

Nice place to staycation. Ashley Tang Hotel have spacious room, nice staffs and tasty food on breakfast buffet (even its quite decent for options, but all delicious tho). The Hotel also easy to access since its on main road on Agus Salim Street, which has various food street vendor around Hotel in the night to festive my stay there.

i like this hotel a lot. the staff were all well trained, very polite. the location is unbeatable — very close to the city’s main artery, lots of cafes and eateries around. the room was small, but well maintained and clean. there was only one young man who cleaned the rooms on our floor everyday. i don’t know how he managed to do a decent job. one of the most important features of this hotel is the laundry machines, available for free on the ground floor. since we stayed there for a week, this was a huge plus. we will consider returning to this hotel the next time we visit Jakarta. the only disappointment was the breakfast. very few choices and could have been better. the porridge was often cold, the coffee tasted like water, and the dessert was monotonous. i would recommend local delicacies to complement (sweeten) all the other generic items on the breakfast menu.

Excellent hotel right in the center of Jakarta! Extremely comfortable rooms and a very professional team (especially Mr. Syahrul that was very kind to us). The hotel had information that it was our anniversary and kindly prepared decorations and left a cake in the room. The self-service laundry also adds great value to this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
