Only good for it's location and short stay or overnight so don't expect it to be 5 star. Rooms are mostly outdated and some amenities are worn and needs maintenance. What you get is a bed, a TV which has lousy signal, toilet comes with cheap body shower gel and disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. This is such a good location. Hotel management should really revamp it and it could be the best boutique hotel in this area.

The room is comfortable with a decent price. The parking is limited as it is for everyone and not for visitors only. I hope the hotels could provide one prayer mat for each room for muslim visitors to pray. The location is quite strategic as it is not faraway from the "heart" of Kula Lumpur which is Bukit Bintang.

The room, considering paying almost RM100 per night is POOR. Broken things in the room, NO AMMENITIES apart from multipurpose shampoo that smells unusual. Only given 1 CARD despite I am staying with my friend when I specifically asked for 2 cards. A rip off and not worthy of even 3 star. The best part is probably where it is situated.

the young lady said 2pm check in and she's very kind. I'm glad they got place to keep my luggage. The hotel is good and simple. but one thing, I came back from event in the evening then I saw the big fat receptionist video call with someone speak louder like shouting. and the other one women wear hijab, she laugh too loud like whole building can hear their voices . they don't care about the guest around them. In my opinion, the owner of the hotel should traine the staff properly so that they can improve the quality of service. I mean to be professional in front of the counter while guest come to hotel. Everything just fine except the staff only.

The celling in bathroom almost fell down.outlet plug some cannot use 🤦🏻the shampoo dispenser is blocked need to scoop manually shampoo inside the showerhead blocked as well.smh

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
