Would have given 5 stars had it not been the toilet which needs improvements. The shower area is not partition which means the whole floor gets wet once you shower. Other than this, all is good and clean

My recent stay at the Asiatic Hotel was a mixed experience. While the hotel's convenient location and clean, well-appointed rooms were positives, there were notable drawbacks. The lack of adequate parking and having only one elevator led to inconveniences and waiting times. Surprisingly, the hotel lacked on-site dining options, which can be frustrating for guests seeking food and beverage services within the establishment. Additionally, during my stay, there was a persistent painting smell in some areas, which should be addressed for a more pleasant guest experience. Overall, while the Asiatic Hotel has its merits, it is crucial for them to work on improving parking facilities, elevator services, and the inclusion of on-site dining, while also ensuring a more pleasant and odor-free atmosphere for guests.

I am a recurring customer. Room cleanliness was fine. With similar price, you probably can't get similar quality of airbnb. Free car park space is just located in front of the hotel. However, aircond in the room had water leakage issue. We notified the hotel staff about it but she could not provide a sensible solution other than kept checking on us to see if the leakage continued to happen. We ended up pushed the bed away from the aircond (bed was right under the aircond and room was small).

Stayed twice at this hotel. First time was a pleasant stay but not the second one. [Room] Second time - There was water dripping from the air conditioner intermittently, which seemed like it was never serviced before (see photo). We approached the front desk and was told to wait and see if it happened again, only then she'll contact her manager. Since it was intermittent, and we didn't want to stay up late, we had no choice but to bear with it. [Location] Walking distance to many eateries, and only few minutes' drive to Jonker walk.

Great hotel for a short stay. Just that during my stay, the wifi was down. Nonetheless great value overall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
