Hotel was really clean and well looked after. We were a family of 4 with two young children and found the hotel really perfect for our needs. Pool was lovely and the kids had so much fun. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the bedroom was big with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a good variety. I can highly recommend staying here.

I stayed for two nights over the new year eve’s with my partner. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was average. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. It’s located in a very good spot in Hua Hin. Close enough to the beach (but not beach side hotel), opposite nice coffee shop “Chiffon cafe” and laundromat. It was a lovely stay overall.

NOTHING THAT I’d RECOMMEND I feel it’s more 3 Star than 4 and in my opinion NOT good value for money Rooms are very clean - bedding very good as too is linen - towels old and frayed. There is a small step down into bathroom which inevitably you will trip over. Staff are very friendly Pool area is nice albeit it does not get full sunshine and only 14 sun loungers for 68 guests. Located 1km from town centre on a busy NOISY street with pubs and restaurants. The pub next door is a music venue with live bands. Playing music until 1pm so expect no sleep until after this. Air conditioning doesn’t work below 20degrees Breakfast buffet is the usual affair with reasonable choice but hot food is always cold - cold fried eggs, cold greasy bacon, cold baked beans etc doesn’t cut it. Expensive for what it is…. Comparable hotel would be SMILE Hotel Hua Hin in better location for less that half what you pay here. I would not stay here again!!

Their service is the best. I stayed at this hotel in July and left the camera charger in the hotel room when I checked out. I contacted the hotel with email and the hotel responded immediately and sent me back to Taiwan without any charge. The service was very good. The hotel swimming pool is great and the rooms are very comfortable. I recommend everyone to stay there.

Nice, rather small Boutique Hotel. We stay 17 nights here for a fair and reasonable price. Positive: - Very friendly staff in all areas (Reception, Breakfast, Cleaning) - Very clean - Double beds big and very comfortable - Safe in the room - Everyday fresh water in the room - Nice pool area and garden. Plenty of pool towels. - Some Bars, Restaurants and 7-11 nearby - Fridge in the room - Free Parking for cars and motorbikes Negative: - Breakfast. Dishes which supposed to be warm are cold. Very small variation of food. 90 % of the buffet are the same every day. Very small offer of Thai Food - Rather loud Aircon - Not enough light in the bathroom - Not very Central (12 minute walk to the walking street) Tuk Tuk 150 Baht

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
