We have had a terrible experience at this hotel which was further ruined by lack of help from Expedia customer service and the hotel staff combined. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you have young children. Do not be fooled by the pictures you see on various booking websites. We saw and booked a triple room with a double and a single bed. What we actually received was a tiny double room. The double bed was shifted all the way to one side, blocking access to the mini fridge and the wardrobe and the little available space on the other side of the bed was filled with a small folding type bed with a thin mattress. Due to this arrangement, the room had very little space to move around as you can imagine. Before our travel, I used the expedia app to send a message to the hotel to confirm if the room as a Kettle/Coffee maker, Mini bar and Iron board available. I contacted Expedia customer agent who confirmed on the web chat that above facilities are indeed supplied. Upon arrival, none of these were present and hotel manager refused to supply these. Bathroom was extremely tiny with no windows and on top of that, the extractor fan was broken. Hotel manager acknowledge this but refused to get it fixed and shrugged us off. Room was generally old and dated, there were exposed wires near the AC unit. We also encountered flies/mosquitos in our room. Hotel in general is a tiny property. There are no lifts and stairs are small and go up in a spiral. Actuals steps on the stairs are also a bit on the small size. Not ideal for small children. I took my complain immediately with Expedia as I booked via them, they were extremely non-cooperative in either securing an alternative room within the hotel, giving a refund so we could book elsewhere or get the hotel manager to fix up our issues. I then went the next day and spoke directly with the hotel manager who at completely refused to either fix my issues or supply with another room.

The owner was very kind. The employees are rude. They refused to help me with my bags. There is no elevator. Room was extremely hot and AC had no thermostat and barely kept up with cooling the room and corridor. I had a heart attack. The front desk promised a room on a lower floor next day but reneged and said it is what is. I left and won’t be back. This place should be closed down after the earthquake. It’s tilted.

I don’t want to recommend anyone absolutely because there is some reason. The staff member is very rude I want to make it very clear I would not recommend anyone. absolutely no way In the internet says three star hotel but I think it’s not one star hotel because they don’t fulfil the passenger’s demande regarding to the room if it is not a star hotel. there are reasons for this. 1: bathroom has mold. 2: Fridge does not work at all. 3: water problem respectively, there's no hot water often.

The receptionist is rude and is a liar. We didn’t not even get help to get our luggage up to our room. I was pregnant at the time even then she did not appoint anyone to assist me with my luggage. She charged us extra money for switching to a room which was available. The hotel is absolutely dilapidated. There is no maintenance of any sort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
