I had the most horrible experience, this hotel is located right in the market and most visitors are business people. But they lack basic things that will make your stay easy like scale,you have to pack your bags at the cargo downstairs, no complimentary water in the room,breakfast is the worst and the staff are not professionals at all , the ac has no direct control ,I can go on and on about this nonsense called hotel. Do not stay in this hotel 😒... stay at your own risk, don't say nobody told you...

Extremely slow and frustrating internet. Room and bathroom are very small. We stayed the hotel in November, the weather outside was in mid teens. The room heat is automatically controlled thus very warm that opening a window does not help. Breakfast is mediocre

We spent 3 nights at Aspen for New Year's, service provided was HB. The hotel is great, at a great location, daily cleaning and towel change policy, breakfast was great and everyone was very polite 🙂 Unfortunately, I did not get around to using the spa even though I planned on doing so, but all in all this was a great stay!

I stayed at the hotel for about 10 days. I like the room. Breakfast is included in the rate. But this is the only meal they serve. If you want to have lunch or dinner, you need to go out. The place is near to the center so you can find many things in a walking distance but about 40 - 50 minutes away from the airport. If anyone want to visit a historical or recreational places, they will arrange. Just talk to the receptionists. Ofcourse there is a language problem mostly in the city. Generally, I like the place & service they give. The employees are welcoming 🙏🏽

The worst hotel I've ever seen, don't ever lodge here if you're English speaking person, they don't listen to customers and they're so arrogant, Run away from them if you want to get comfortable

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
