Very well located .Rooms are a bit small though but manageable. Comfortable facilities. We interacted with Denice on front desk multiple times who was very helpful and made our stay and travel very Comfortable. Can be looked at though there might be a premium because of location so compare the price.

Nice little hotel with pool. Rooms could do with refurbishing with better clothing storage. The noise from the bar at the back of the hotel was too noisy and disrupted our sleep. Very supportive staff, friendly and welcoming.

Well this is the hotel which spoiled our holidays and mood: Good Thing first: 1. Manager was the only good ,polite and decent person. 2. Bfast was ok. Bad things: 1. The Reception staff was full of EGO, No politeness no manners to talk to customers..Forget about a smile or warmth..they treat customer like Tennant and they are owners. If we tell them any problems they say rudely to leave hotel and go. Bad rude attitude. 2. No one knows English and doesn't help in anyway. 3. Family room was very small..in-fact tiny..we couldn’t walk in room without hitting each other. 4. No kettle..No drinking water..No bed comforter.. 5. Wifi was pathetic..no network in room… 6. Locations Bad..while night pub music on head.. No tran or bus station nearby..hotel in a very narrow street..very hard to find taxi..No attraction to watch near by. 🙏 Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this Rude Hotel and don’t spoil your holiday and mood.

Had an amazing time in Kaleici. Great location and the staff don't stop working especially at Breakfast. Would go back. Only slight thing was the little fridge in our room could do with changing. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
