        Location is great, just a sort walk to patong Beach and all the action. But that's about it! Rooms are old, out dated and dirty. I was in building two with no elevator. Wifi was pretty much non-existent, not working. However the rooms are cheap in price$. Maybe building one is better, I don't know. I wouldn't come back or recommend it.

        The rooms aren’t the cleanest. One of the rooms had a really oily floor & the bathroom ceiling reeked of fungus. Water pressure isn’t great either so you’ll jump between hot & cold water 🚿 They provide an ash tray and you can smoke on the balcony according to their staff. Not all rooms have balcony seating though. I accidentally booked 2 non-refundable rooms so I became slightly an expert about their accommodation 💀💀 There are two buildings and the second one opposite the reception does not have a lift if you an accessible stay. That all said the location is great and it was fairly cheap off Agoda! 🛫

        Staffs are rude and not friendly at all! No greeting during check-in, during the stay and even during checkout. Room cleaning service also bad, they did not refill our body soap. The only good thing about this hotel is the location-nearby to the beach.

        I wouldn't recommend! It's close to the Beach and walking distance to Bangla road, unfortunately we had been put into building 2, the rooftop pool/restaurant is in building 1 .The bed is like concrete and the sheets and pillows smell like sewage. The same smell you get when you walk out of the building and have to walk down the alleyway. It's stomach turning. It's run down, the celling van has tape on it. The receptionist isn't very friendly I wouldn't say rude she just has a cold manner. The man who showed us to our room was nice enough. The room directly next to us was getting fixed, so lots of drilling and hammering from early in the morning It's cheap when you're back packing but it's honestly disgusting really.
