Other then the location the hotel is horrible… no consistent hot water… you can only shower for one minute then there is no hot water or the hot water will take forever to come on then it goes off.. complained to the front desk but nothing happened. Water pressure is also horrible. Rooms are not as advertised and there is no swimming pool available in the hotel.. the only thing that is good is the location nothing else.. the room is small.. Aircond is noisy.. will never stay there again.. horrible experience!!! Another good thing is the staff are actually very helpful.

if you're a couple, just get the single standard will do. I got the superior room and the room is the same size as the single standard just that the living room is a tiny bit bigger but your toilet will be smaller, single standard toilet will be bigger and somemore the aircon temperature can set to 16 degrees, superior only 18 degrees. house cleaning will be a everyday thing even if you put "do not disturb". LG smart TV able to connect to your phone to watch Netflix/ Disney+ (if you have). everyday you'll get 2 bottles of complimentary water in the fridge + shampoo and body wash. wall adapter is universal so there's no need for you to buy one.

My room was away from street noise. The room was of a satisfactory standard. I was not happy with the breakfast due to the small selection, cold food and poor service. There is a lot of food options around. Hotel is located by the Sutthisan MRT station. I spent there 1 night in May 2022

Here’s the real room that same to ones in ads. But the staff isn’t well trained the hospitality. Room wasn’t clean, left over contamination. Best location close to an MRT station - easy to get the town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
