My sister and I had the pleasure of staying at Astor Court Hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Opting for a double bed room, we were pleasantly shocked at the spaciousness. This was a refreshing change from the typically compact rooms we've encountered in hotels across the UK and Europe. The bathroom was even more generous in size. The hotel's location is superb, conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. The service we received was nothing short of exceptional, and the rooms were impeccably clean. This is a lovely little boutique hotel right in the city. very convenient to shops. Call my restaurants and transportation. staff is very friendly and helpful. the room was immaculate. And very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Previous visits have been great, however, this time our room was on the ground floor and the underground ran under us. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage while exploring too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
