If you looking for convenient place to stay in Makati to access everything around then this is the place you looking for without breaking your bank. Staff are very professional and helpful, despite the fact we came super early than the intend check-in time they are happy to help us unload our luggage so we can go around Makati without our bags. Prior our booking dates they are happy to answer all my querries in timely manner which makes it easy to communicate and provided me the confidence that this place wont disappoint. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean, shower and toilet was also clean and updated to modern touch. FYI: Surounding shops and food facilities in Makati mostly opens late around 10-11am so its great to know if you are early bird you can order to their in house restaurant for room service or have your breakfast in the restuarant downstairs.

The vibe is luxurious even though the building is small. The breakfast is very great, staffs were accommodating and a little bit judgy haha. Rooms needs a lot of soundproof as we can easily hear peole from other room. The bathroom is a tight space. No window view too.

The room we are staying is great, except for the window view where you can only see the back of the building. The buffet breakfast is excellent to our liking and the service is great too. The staffs are very helpful and attend to our needs whenever we request something. The hotel has up to 5 floors only, so it's not crowded even though it on only has one small elevator. All in all, a great experience for me and my wife. It will be one of our go to hotels here in Metro Manila.

Boutique hotel thus rooms may feel smaller, but service is A+, location is A+. Just hoped the place has its own parking lot. It was stressful looking for a place to park for the night in the area.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
