Nice and cozy hotel, reasonable room prices. Been there for 4 nights and had almost no problem except leakage from bathroom ceiling which was fixed after we told the problem to room service. The location is near the most of tbilisi’s tourist areas. But the way back to the hotel has an upward slope and can be devastating. The area has some bus lines and you can use them for transport. They didn’t have a sewing kit in the hotel. Also the pool was closed and we had to go to Pine Astoria Hotel nearby for a swim. Breakfast was good and variety of foods was served.

Rooms are very clean Breakfast is good and variant Rooms not sound proof and sound of other rooms can be heard. Toilet is smelly and rooms are dark, not enough lamps Staff is responsible. The road to hotel climbs long incline. It can be frustrating if you want to walk to hotel You can reach the hotel by boss no382 or van408 befor 11pm. After that you have to climb the road to hotel You can reach to touristic places by walking 20_40 min

We checked in to room 403, there was a bad smell from the washroom as of there was some pipe broken /sewer smell. We immediately told the reception and they sent housekeeping staff but it was a problem with the pipes for sure. The help was to no avail. The whole time we stayed there it smelled so bad. It was annoying because of the smell and because the staff did nothing to help or even change our room. Overall the customer service was not the best, it did not match the hotel's 4 star rating. I would not recommend this hotel, or that room in particular.

The air conditioning is very bad. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled very, very bad. We asked them to change the room. They said that all the rooms do not have a fan that removes the bad smell. Our complaint was not taken seriously, as we canceled the reservation for the remaining days and moved to another hotel.

Pros- Good location, good staff, decent breakfast, lot of places close by for dinner or eating out and drinks Cons- no room service so can’t order food after 6pm; for me, there was a leak in bathroom which was awful called reception but not fixed on time

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
