Rooms are okay for a 4-star hotel, clean with full (extra) amenities. Staff is very friendly and at your service. There is a great rooftop; if weather is good and you’re in the right time of the year you can enjoy great views. Also very well located, relatively far from the busy, dirty downtown and well linked with public transportation if needed.

I absolutely enjoyed this hotel!! Extremely accommodating! Excellent staff! Very professional and welcoming. I mean they send you a personal robot for your items! Doesn't get any better than that! The location is great and the view from my room was breathtaking! The rooftop lounge was the cream on top!! Absolutely would recommend if you're in Seattle🩵

Amazing hotel! The front desk team was overly accommodating, as well as the valet. Valet parking is mandatory and it’s $65 per night. Overall the hotel’s aesthetic, service, fitness center and experience was outstanding!

Very nice hotel in a nice part of Seattle. We were in town briefly for a concert and our main concerns were parking and transportation to and from Climate Pledge. The room was nice but a little small, and we couldn’t tell if our bathroom fan just didn’t work or if we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Wasn’t a very big fan of the soap/shampoos provided and our body wash pump was broken in the shower. There was also a faint whistling sound coming from the heating vent the entire time, which was extremely irritating when trying to fall asleep. We had to turn the fan on full blast manually in order to drown out the whistling. Beds/sleeping arrangements were otherwise extremely comfortable. Valet is very pricey, like $75 after tip overnight (to be expected in downtown Seattle) but we got super lucky with parking- one of us parked on the street next to the hotel which is free on Sundays, and my friend parked in the adjacent parking garage which is free between certain hours on weekends. 22 hours of parking in the garage on Saturday night and Sunday was $10 total. However, the area is nice enough that you feel reasonably comfortable parking on the street. I’d recommend an Uber/Lyft to get to the arena from the hotel because it’s all up hill. We only paid $11 for it on a Saturday night heading toward a crowded event. We walked back to the hotel from the arena without issue since it’s downhill.

The room was quiet and comfortable and the location was great. They upgraded me to a Space Needle view room (I'm platinum), which I enjoyed. The tap water was very drinkable. There was a wireless phone charger. But I have a couple complaints: First, the bottom sheet was not fitted and was not big enough to cover the mattress. The mattress cover was exposed at the foot of the bed from the beginning. In addition, the sheet very easily pulled up exposing the edge of the mattress cover overnight. Take a look at my photos to see how disgusting the mattress cover was. Second, there was no coffee maker in the room and AFAIK no complimentary coffee anywhere. Just coffee for sale in the lobby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
