The neighborhood is poor. The staff is nice but won't give a refund. There was a bug problem. We stayed less than 24 hrs. Had to leave and forfeit 8 days because the hotel manager refused to give refund even when the hotel was booked thru 3d party and there is evidence of pests. Forget the sale forget that place. You can do better. Passay Centrale it's clean for a similar price for a family exploring the area.

Im starting to feel not good about this hotel. The room is just fine except the circuit plugs. But if you stay here while on business, i prefer you should not, especially when you need to plug your devices. Their circuit plug dont work, and they alibi you to give you an extension cord when its available for them. When? When I need it the most. But still, kudos on offering to charge my device on the lobby. But thinking, i should be resting while doing business. It's a no-no for me. Sorry. You should address this problem not just for me. One thing more, if you're a foreigner, they act switfly.

Honestly its cheaper than to other hotel around sta cruz and quiapo area we book here together my son. But unfortunely this hotel is not good for the family or solo ,this hotel is entitled for a couple,sweethearts looking for a haven place to hide and express the intimacy to each other..not good when you have a children or kids is not good for family staycation..but if you look a cheaper room that reasonable for me..big room,hot shower,wifi,clean toilet i think its recommended for a solo traveller and looking for eeasonable price...over all good to stay..

Below the final level, there is basically no balcony for the room, there is no safety deposit box in the room, the sheets are not clean, and there is no refrigerator

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
