I can’t speak enough about this place, it was our second hotel in Rome. It’s located in a nice area and it’s quiet. Just rent a scooter to move around if you want to move faster. The rooms are massive and AC is working!! Very close to Termini and the Metro. Front desk isn’t staffed 24/7 but they speak to you over WhatsApp if you need anything throughout your stay. The one negative comment is the elevator but what do you expect when it’s almost 150 years old. Definitely will be our spot when we go back to Rome.

Excellent hotel located right where you want to be ! Walkable to Roma termini and the republicca metro station , you can easily explore Rome. Very close to restaurants as well . The AC and wifi work wonderfully and the room was very clean. Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Would stay here again!!

First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. They welcomed us with a warm smile and gave recommendations on the city map. We booked and paid on booking com, and we were given the exact room we paid for. The hotel got recently renovated. Everything from furniture to plumbing was brand new. The bed and pillows were really comfy. There was towel dryer installed in the bathroom which came handy after a rainy day. There also was a capsule espresso machine and a kettle present in the room. Housekeeping was great, our room got cleaned everyday. They also changed sheets and pillow cases, and renewed coffee - tea daily. The TV in the room has Netflix and Youtube. Air conditioning was good (mind that we stayed in late April - early May). Location is great. From Termini station, you'll get here in 5-10 minutes on foot. There's also a metro station (Repubblica) close. Depending on your choice of commute, you can walk, take the metro, or rent a scooter/bike to the main tourist attractions. All seemed doable to us. I recommend you get breakfast included. The breakfast is at a restaurant very close to the hotel. The breakfast menu was delicious. It certainly was worth it. Overall, we loved our stay. We'd stay here again next time.

Stayed here 3 nights 4 days with my husband, such a great find. We first went to the wrong hotel (Trevi 41 Hotel) so don't make the mistake we did! Overall the location is great (easy walking distance everywhere and close metro), everything felt new and clean, having a TV w/ Netflix was bonus. It wasn't a 'hotel' we imagined it to be, but out of all our hotel stays in Italy, this was by far our cleanest and comfiest. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were sparkling clean and staff were incredibly helpful in every way, including giving us advice on things to do. The hotel was walking distance from all major sites and well serviced transport-wise with a taxi station and metro nearby. Highly reccomend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
