Very bad. Everything is worn out to the point where it no longer works. Door handles broken, TV remote control broken and tied halfway with tape. No bedside table, no nighttime lighting, specifically my room on the ground floor faced the courtyard opposite the wall. Plus the bars on the balcony. So a prison feeling is guaranteed. Price performance is absolutely not right. I will definitely not recommend it.

Clean, safe, newly built, well decorated. The manager is very talkative and cute. There is parking under the building and next to the building. There is a guard from evening until morning. But there are two managers taking turns taking care of you at all times. Late at night the entrance will be quite lonely. But there are still a few people coming and going all the time. Because inside next to it is a village. There is a small grocery store next to the building. Walk out in front of the alley, turn left and there will be a bus stop. Located near The Mall Bang Khae Underneath the building is the order number for the shop. Call to order rice and have it delivered. It's not expensive. New and clean place with nice decorations, also with parking lots. Managers and security guards are very nice. Has local grocery shop aside the apartment.

The first day the air conditioner was not cool. He came to make me sleep at 2am but every room was full so he brought a fan. A little disappointed. But in the morning he called and said he would move rooms. Very good, very responsible Next time definitely come here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
