The most amazing hotel. The rooms are spacious and very nice (just like the pictures). The people responsible for cleaning the rooms were so good - they cleaned the room and changed our linen and towels every day. The hotel is located in a great part of Dubai and even has a metro station and a bus stop nearby. All the staff at this hotel are great. Everyone is very kind, responsive, always ready to help and friendly. Their warm attitude made our time there unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel. I come often. The only problem is that now, even if you pay deposit for room service during checking (for laundry, meals, …), hotel employee ask you to pay each time. Normally, in regular hotel, you have to pay while you checkout. Not every time. This was not like this before. It is the only problem I see. Amazing, no ?

We stayed for 8 nights in this hotel to celebrate our holidays and explore Dubai. Checking in and checking out went quickly and very friendly staff. Breakfast was included in our booking and was very good. A big variety of foods and drinks. The rooms are a bit out-dated and could use some updates but the cleaning service did a very good job every day. The hotel is on a very good location as a gateway to explore Dubai City. The nearest Metro station "Dubai Internet City" is about 8 minutes walking from the hotel and going through a safe neighbourhood. A special shout-out to Gomaa the concierge! Thanks for the help. Price wise perfect hotel to stay.

The rooms were very spacious and nice. The price was great, and the breakfast was very good. Just do not order the room service. Their pizza was the worst pizza I’ve had in 50 years only ate one slice of the whole pizza and their little gift shop. They should have some little snacks and drinks for people to buy but all they had was tacky tourist stuff. I felt at the front desk. A lot of times didn’t understand what I was saying, and didn’t speak English.

Good location, close to the main roads. Staff was very helpful and nice. Decent rooms and price friendly. Breakfast was ok, but often out of some food. Wifi was bad. Unfortunately a lot of noise from the hallway and people smoking in the rooms which spread all over the floors through ventilation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
