The stay was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were kind enough to hold our luggage while we explored the city until check in. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. Highly recommend staying while being a tourist in Florence. Loved the little towel friends we had waiting for us!

Great quality small hotel that has a good location to access all of the main attractions of Florence. The staff was welcoming and helpful - this is also a very clean hotel. I loved the tile in the bathroom, and the shower wasn’t cramped at all - I was surprised how large the bathroom was in general. They provided robes, a very reasonably priced minibar and an espresso machine in the room. The hotel also has very thick walls so it was super quite. They even had a security guard on duty Saturday night to keep the street quite. I would recommend this hotel 100%!

Stayed here for a long weekend and couldn’t recommend it more! Incredible location, right in the heart of everything but set down a quiet side street. The owner was kind and helpful, and we really felt welcomed and comfortable. Room was lovely and very comfy bed - highly recommend!

Rooms are really nice: nicely appointed, super clean, hand held shower head has very very nice water pressure, high ceilings, spacious, bed is comfortable, AC very cold. Location is nice just a few steps from the main area and the river. Only downsides is that concierge is not 24 hours

Can't believe how central the guest house was. Very warm welcome by the host. Absolutely beautiful room like no other with fantastic features. Room was clean, AC good, elevator cute! Would happily stay again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
