The stay experience was comfortable, with the beds being the best! We had a good and restful sleep. The only slight issue is the rooms are not soundproofing; hence, you can hear footsteps and people talking outside. Cleanliness can also be improved as we spotted stains and hair around the room when we entered. Overall, it was a good and affordable stay. The room was spacious, and the hotel's aesthetics were pleasant, with 7-Eleven and massage shops just a few steps away.

Overall the concept is great and the design is chic. Few things to take note of though : 1. Lacking bedside socket and light switches 2. Providing face towels would be nice 3. Forget to provide house cleaning to my room (115) during my stay from 12-14 Dec

Our second time staying here. We were intrigued by the price per night and how true-to-description the rooms are (judging by how we got scammed by some hotel room pictures). Despite some miscommunication on this trip, we managed to get a room for the night on a last minute basis. The staffs who served us during the trip were so polite and friendly. They tried to give us suggestions to cater to our needs. Kudos to them. We recommend this hotel even though it's quite a distance from CIQ. Highly recommended and will repeat our stay here.

This boutique hotel is located within an area with lots of good food! The room is small but perfect for single traveller. Nicely and tastefully decorated and comfy beds!

This hotel looks nice from outside. The Interior was ok, but there is literally no sound proofing for the rooms. You can hear everything.. People walking around, talking, closing and opening doors.Totally cant rest well!! The bathroom drain blocked!! and i also cant understand about walkin price rate is cheaper than online booking?!?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
