Staff were very helpful and gave us sweets to suck on for the plane when we left, hotel breakfast was amazing too! Close enough to lots of places and only a 7 minute walk to the nearest major bus stop Only complaint is my mum asked for a bottle of Prosecco / something bubbly to be in the room when we got there but we ended up having to ask for it and got white wine instead but no fault with any staff they were all amazing, probably a miscommunication from the travel agent

This place does not have air conditioner. We are at 2nd week of November 2023and they shut off the HVAC because they said is winter season already. My room was at 40C degrees. I went to the front desk to complain and the solution was “open the windows”. The walls are not well painted and dirty. The elevator is too small you can’t fit with another person both with luggage. Is a completely disaster. The location is out of the city. 20-30 minutes walking distance from anywhere.

Positives: nice and helpful staff, from the reception to the breakfast & cleaning personnel. Negatives: old, in clear need of renovation. Common spaces are run down, so is the look of the elevator. The room I was given - while clean - was really poorly maintained. Stains, scratches, stuffy/humid smell, very old heating system. Some colleagues travelling with me were luckier with their rooms. Still, we all wondered how this is supposed to be a 4*.

The room was very clean and spacious, we booked a family room (4 guests). Very quiet. Very good breakfast. Very close to metro station (50 meters). Just remember you are inside zte. Check in and check out time are very comfortable.

Friendly, efficient and welcoming staff. Clean room. I had the loft. Very spacious and clean. No outside views as it's a loft room. Not a problem for me. Great location to boot. Special thanks to Olga & Tatiana in reception as well as Sureli & Marta in the breakfast room. They were all fabulous. 💐

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
