clean comfortable hotel. everything is within walking distance. the rooms are big the pillows and mattresses are comfortable. the staff is absolutely amazing

Excellent small hotel in a quiet area that is within 15 minutes walking from the train station, 10 minutes to nice and relatively inexpensive restaurants & shopping areas on rue Hoche and another ten minutes from there to the Promenade. Hosts are incredibly polite and helpful and justifiably proud of their property. Rooms have the standard amenities, everything looks new and works as it should. A delightful stay and as an added bonus - NOT expensive!

I spend almost a week in this hotel and I kind of did fall in love with it. The owners are incredibly friendly and always share recommendations for traveling & restaurants with you. Rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with a water kettle, fridge & coffee and tea. Also the breakfast is delicious!

A 3 star hotel in the middle of Cannes. We stayed for 10 wonderful days in The hotel is very well situated, close to everything. There is a daily flea market 5 minutes away. All types of restaurants, pubs etc are very near. Carolle and Laurent are very friendly hosts. The best I have encountered in our trips around the world. It was a pleasure staying at their hotel. Always ready to help if you have a problem. Great people and great hotel. The pictures on their web site are a true reflection of the hotel. For a 3 star hotel I would give a rate of 4 out of 5. The "Plage Long Beach " is 10 min away, walking and the quai du Large where the boats to Saint Tropez and the Isles depart 20 to 30 minutes.

Very nice hotel in central Cannes. The propriator is very personable, he really goes out of his way to provide great service and friendly accomidations. This is my first time in Cannes and I think i really lucked out finding this hotel. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
