Great rooms and extremely friendly staff. We went for 2 days / 1 night - enjoyed all the activities but can’t say the same about food! One of our friends is vegan, they were very accommodating though. Unfortunately, the hot tub was anything but hot - which was a bummer!

Had a great time on the Athena Ha Long Bay cruise! Activities were well organised and exhibited the full range of Ha Long Bay’s natural beauty, rooms were spacious with very comfy beds, and the food was tasty (massive portions sizes and, as a veggie, accommodating of dietary requirements). Mostly I’d like to praise our friendly and professional cruise managers, Hannah and Tom, who went out of their way to make the experience smooth and enjoyable for us. Thank you to both for the great service!

I did the three day cruise this week and it was gorgeous. Great views, service, and food. The room had plenty of space and you can pay for extras that you are interested in (spa, cocktails, etc). Dinner is multi-course and delicious. During happy hour beer is only $2 so I’m not sure why some reviewers are upset with the add ons. Perhaps if someone is drinking non stop, that will get pricey. My one complaint is that the second day could have more planned activities on the day boat for when it’s colder in December, such as a puzzle, trivia, cooking class, or music. It’s a bit chilly to lounge on deck in-between the stops.

Staff at the travel agency was pleasant and friendly, no hassle everything was transparent and went smoothly. The day of our trip, we got picked up at the hotel as scheduled. The bus ride to Ha Long Bay was comfortable, rest stop along the way for food and drinks. Arrived and waited for our boat to Ha Long with Mr. Morning. When Mr. Tim, the cruise manager, came and lead us to our tender, everything was all set to sail. Once broaded, we headed to the dining room to have yummy healthy lunch. Afterward we went to check out our cabin, nice and comfortable (see itinerary). Dinner was scrumptious. Night activity, squid fishing was fun to chat with other travels (no squid Lol). Next morning, choice of kayak or boat (recommend kayaking, see pics). The event flew by quickly, came to an end too soon. Take time to really enjoy and take in the scenery. Totally worth it! This will go down as one of the memorable experiences for me. Thank you to Mr. Tim, Mr. Morning and the staff on Athena Cruise of December 4th/5th, 2022.

Amazing experience. All the staff were very professional and friendly. We enjoyed the activities like the Sung sot cave, ti top Island, kayaking, tai chi and cooking class. Each room had a balcony with a view of the ocean. They beautifully decorated our room for the anniversary and provided the cake as well. They accommodated our request for vegetarian food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
