We had a lovely two night stay here. The rooms were clean with incredible views. Staff was warm and kind. Breakfast was surprisingly really good with a wide assortment to choose from. The daily news print out was a nice touch as well. Excellent service, would 100% come back and stay again.

My first bad review in 10+ years of travel. I booked this so called 5-Star suite in mid December and payed twice the price for a room with indoor hot tub/jaccuzi and found out it was not working, after multiple complaints they were not able to fix it and ruined our stay. Not a single sorry for such a big mistake on their end for a $400+ per night room, I am just amazed. This is not a five star hotel by any means or comparison. Also they do fake marketing about the hotel views.

If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I would. Every member of the staff is friendly, responsive, and so helpful! We got assistance with everything we needed from transportation to restaurant recommendations and they made our time in Santorini so enjoyable! The room itself was clean and the private balcony and breakfast was a wonderful way to start each morning! The pool and restaurant were also amazing. I wish I had scheduled more days here just for the pool! We also enjoyed dinner here one night and the food and staff were both incredible. The private dining experience is wonderful for special occasion celebrations. I don’t think I will ever stop talking about how wonderful this hotel is! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone, and I already can’t wait for my next opportunity to come back to this wonderful hotel!

This place is absolutely amazing. I will start with what others say take away from the resort, stairs. Many reviews complain about the stairs and yes there are a lot of stairs, 80+ from our room (the furthest from the reception area) to be exact but they were well worth the hike. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved that we could communicate with the reception staff through Whatsapp. We could shoot a text from our pool instead of walking to the reception area. They set up transportation including a pickup from the airport and drop off at the port. They carried our luggage to and from our room which is amazing given all the stairs. I can't say enough about how amazing the staff was. One day while relaxing by our private pool they informed us they would be working by our room. It was a bit noisy but didn't bother us much, yet they still offered free drinks and a snack delivered to our room. It is these touches that make a resort deserve 5 stars. The room was clean and upon arrival there were roses on the bed for anniversary which we did not ask for, which again shows how above and beyond Athina goes to make your stay special. The private pool was so lovely and felt very secluded compared to most of the other hotels on Santorini. The breakfast delivered to our patio every morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. The restaurant was so delicious and beautiful place to watch the sunset. Probably one of the best meals we had on our trip. We went to the bar for a drink and Nikos was great! We ended up staying longer enjoying conversation with Nikos and enjoying the drinks. These were definitely the best cocktails we had in Greece! This is only a fraction of how amazing our stay was at Athina. Thank you so much for making our trip amazing and would recommend this resort over and over again.

Everything was wonderful, from the people hauling our luggage to and from the hotel to booking transfer services and booking dinners. The suite was spectacular and our view of the Caldera was amazing. Such great personal service! When we go back to Santorini we won’t shop for hotels. This will be where we stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
