Had an excellent experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly and room was clean! Housekeeping staff was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed for our room! There was a convention going on during our stay and the staff placed us on the 30th floor knowing that we were not part of it, as to keep our stay peaceful and quiet. The bed was so comfortable i even purchased a pillow after our stay. We arrived early in the morning about 7:20am and thought maybe they could hold our luggage until check-in so that we could enjoy some of the city. They did one better by allowing us to check-in immediately!! I have never experienced this service before!! Went to "Sear" for a fabulous breakfast and then the hotel pool and hot tub since its was raining that day. What a great experience we had!!

We spent one night in the city this summer to relax, enjoy the pool and relax. In absolutely loved the architecture and design…I could have stayed in the lobby the entire day. The pool is tiny, indoor/outdoor… better to have it than nothing at all. The kids had so much fun playing in the pool, riding elevators and running free in the empty ballrooms. The rooms could use some work, remove the weird doors to close off the bathroom would be my recommendation. Remove the word “end table” but they were clean, maintained and sufficient. We were there on the weekend so not very full at all. Loved Starbucks for breakfast…next time will try the restaurants. Great central location in Atlanta, easy self parking in right before you get to hotel. Would stay again.

This was a great hotel to stay at! I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the centrality of the location. The room was really nice with a great view. The service was excellent - all the staff I encountered were very professional and kind. The valet parking can be expensive, but there are other parking areas nearby if you want to save a little bit of money. I ended up using the valet parking and it was good.

Great location but very busy and crowded hotel. Not ideal for a romantic weekend but better for work or a family event. Updated rooms but found a puddle of some liquid in the carpet. Also it will take at least 2 hrs to get food delivered to your room. Parking available but don't recommend the valet. They can't handle the sheer volume. Pay for garage parking behind the hotel for $15 overnight. Restaurants and mini mart inside are convenient. Coffee bar too.

Nice hotel. Great architecture but it’s easy to get lost. Rooms are spacious however I don’t like the desk situation and the chairs are very modern. Not many places to plug up your electronics. No microwave but has a fridge…my room had a crack in the ceiling near the window. I like that the next hotel over is connected to The Hub which is a food court.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
