This location is in a great area that is very close to the interstate and the battery, truest baseball field where the Atlanta Braves play. However, the rooms are very old and dated the drywall in the bathrooms was peeling and old. The carpet needs to be replaced on several floors and in several rooms. The bed slept comfortably but made a lot of noise as if they are needing to get new beds throughout the entire Hotel. Sitting on the bed should not make tons of noise. The check-in process was smooth the customer service went well. They have a very nice Lounge area with a bar and TVs to view Sports. The hotel lobby is pretty decent. Very very disappointed with the rooms the furniture was old and a bit dated and scratched up. I probably would not stay at this location again unless they did a major renovation. I was there for an event therefore I stayed.

Am Marriott Lifetime Titanium Elite. Stayed at property 12/15-12/17/2023 in room 608. In Atlanta for a funeral. Staff was friendly and smiling. However walkway into hotel in evenings smelled of urine. Reported that to front desk. Second night I noticed inside/outside of room door looked strange. Outside had a drilled hole that went to inside so that a coat hanger type wire could be used to open door. Hole filled with caulk which was soft. Obviously repaired by hotel staff some time before I checked in. Reported this to front desk who apologized, agreed this was not safe and but would not move me even thoughI asked for a manager. Checked out next day. Again at checkout asked for manager, card of manager, etc but nothing. Parking was to be waived but was on bill. Hotel rooms are very dated. Also had hand written note inside room welcoming wrong person. Just can't make this stuff up.

Had reservations for months. Finally arrived day of, check in suppose to be at 4pm. It was 6pm and my room was still not available. At 6pm it is dark outside we had been waiting in the lobby for hours for a text message to notify us our room was ready. I told them I wanted to make other arrangements. After this conversation 3 different employees told me I would be refunded fully so I left for my event, I was told to call back in the morning for refund. Called back this morning told by another supervisor there would be no refunds for wait times on rooms. It was 6pm I had to dress my 7 year old in the lobby bathroom for our event. They don’t see any customer service issue here. Checking in after 6pm for a 200$ a night hotel is not acceptable. Beware of this place on an event night, they over sale and cannot keep up with demand. I was not alone 50 people getting ready in the lobby with no rooms available and it 6pm.

We went to dinner and wow ......our server Dominique was Awesome!!!!!! I had a steak and the chef..... did his thing!!!!!! I work near this hotel and I want to come back for dinner after work . Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. I'LL BE BACK !!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
