First off they put me in a room in the back of the building... With a loud air conditioning system... I went to the front desk and requested to be placed in another room, preferably on the front of the building if they were available .. I was told that it would be $60+ per night for city view... I sain you can't be serious.. when all the rooms are mostly the same. The front desk agent was nice enough to place me in a room on the front on a lower floor no charge. About the rooms... OLD AND DATED. Refurbished and maintained since the 90s from what it seem but definitely needs renovations. Rooms have great space and happy to know you need a room key at unsecured hours.. the location is central but almost no parking and they ask for $40 per night to park which is outrageous. Unless super cheep I won't be back.. definitely a 3 star experience at best.... and 4 star is a no for me.

The hotel is nice especially the lobby and bar/eating area. The room we had is clean, spacious but dated. Needs a fresher look. The balcony was cool to have and did add some ambience. Parking is reasonable at $34 and it is underground so it seems safe. The location in midtown is better which makes it safer and more walkable. Originally I was going to stay downtown but that area was not as clean and had more homeless. Overall good experience for one night.

This is a more complicated review for me. My main gripe is that it is classified as a 4-star hotel, but it definitely wasn’t that level of a hotel property. I’m a Bonvoy member who recently stayed at other 4-star properties and this was nowhere in the same league. Positive: the room was clean and relatively quiet and the view was fine. Front desk service gave us a complimentary upgrade to a “city view” in a higher floor. Staff was polite and pleasant. Negative: while the room itself was spacious, it was EXTREMELY dated and in desperate need of a renovation. The carpet is old, the shower door doesn’t close all the way, leading to leakage on the bathroom floor, the sink was missing a stopper, there were virtually no amenities in the room, just a tiny “convenience store” nook down by the front desk. There were only 3 elevators and they were painfully slow. The pocket doors had handles falling off, and you have to muscle the toilet flusher to get it to work. The bathroom door was scuffed and the caulking had been redone (poorly) numerous times. Safety issue: the elevator inspection was expired by 6 months. All in all, fine for one night, if you’re not spending too much time in the room. It was not expensive, but this is not a 4-star experience.

Great location near the Botanical Garden, High Museum, Aquarium and Zoo. There’s some restaurants nearby as well as a Whole Foods. The room was nice. My only disappointment was that there was no microwave. This is one in the hallway that we used. My motivation for writing my review however is just how nice everyone is at the hotel. They are super friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay.

Was there for the Celebration Bowl. First room: air doesn't work, only heat, can't open balcony door. Second room, air doesn't work, only heat, CAN open balcony door. Prayed a bird didn't fly in cause I had to keep it open all night. How is it a suite with no microwave?????????? HOW??????? Furniture dated and worn. Definitely do NOT recommend. I feel I deserve extra Bonvoy points for enduring it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
