I absolutely recommend staying here. I traveled with a friend, we rented two apartments for 3 days in April to start with. We liked it so much, that we ended up staying for 3 weeks straight. The smallest apartments have great layout. Housekeeping came daily, the bed was comfy too. It has an underground garage with 24/7 guarded access for the motorcyle/car. There is a gym on the first floor too. We were on the 5th and 7th floor, so street noise was no issue. It has two(!) layers of double-glass doors to the balcony, so it was really quiet inside. Perfect for jetlag! The biggest plus were the lovely people working there! I have never experienced such attentive and thoughtful staff anywhere else.

Now here is my honest review. This is such a nice place. Everyone was so humble. Top notch service . Well behaved and helpful staff . Apartment had everything from kitchen , washing machine , fridge , super neat and clean washroom. Location is in the heart of city . All main place are very near . I went with my family and everyone is happy. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED ! special mention to 2 ladies in reception. Ever smiling , nice and helpful. I am coming here next time i visit hanoi

This apartment hotel exceeded our expectations. The apartment is specious and well equipped. A very clean and tasteful place to stay. The location is also excellent, everything at walking distance. The small grocery store at the ground floor is very convenient too to stock up on water, beer and breakfast. Staff is professional and friendly. Stringly recommended!

The public facilities are a little old, especially the lobby. The rooms are clean and cozy, great lighting, odorless cushions and beds, clean kitchen. The housekeepers did a great job. However, the housekeepers forgot to change the water of plants and resulted mosquitoes laid eggs in the plant water. It is located in a quieter area of Hanoi Old Town, still accessible and convenient to the popular sightseeing spots of Hanoi city. It is a great place to relax and have a good rest. The best part of this hotel are the staffs, they are friendly, helpful, and dedicated, especially their property manager, Miss Tran Thanh Tu.

Me and 8 more friends visited Vietnam this summer. We spent 4 days in Hanoi and decided to stay at the Atlanta Residences. We got two apartments (101 and 201). Both of them were amazing. Very spacious and clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. They had also unlimited water and air conditioning equipment in each room of both apartments which was really helpful for the summer season. The staff there is just so friendly that you feel like you mever left home. If you are visiting Hanoi, do yourself a favor and stay at the Atlanta Residences. Cheers, Alberto

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
