Undisclosed construction on building resulted in construction noises and loud banging beginning before 9 AM. The noises made the whole room shake and buzz. We were moved to a room with very little airflow that got very hot. Multiple things in the room did not work properly. The mini fridge was connected to the same outlet/wiring that controlled the main light, with no other outlets nearby so the fridge was useless. Thin walls and could hear every neighbors cough all night, blast TV, have heated discussions stars are purely for location and that it was not dirty. But everything is as old and falling apart. So I will not return

Worst hotel ever! Not 4 star. Rude reception. Our room 439 . Ac did not work. Fridge did not work, shower head broken . Room was small and old. The windows were so bad we could hear noise all night. We complained to the reception and fell on deaf hears! Absolutely brutal! Don’t stay here…6 euros a night per person fee on top of the extravagant room charges! Never again

The hotel is a bit old but the location is amazing close to all the attractions that you would need to cover in Roma Starting with the Vatican few minutes walking and then the pantheon 🏛️ around 20 mins walking and many other attractions. The staff are really nice and been so helpful since day one. The bath tub is kind of old jacuzzi but it does work. The room was clean.

Nothing but service deserves four stars. The soundproofing is really unimaginably poor, and all the sounds and actions on the street and in the next room are like they are being broadcast live, especially when your room is surrounded by young couples or one-night stands. If you want to rest well, it's not possible here.

Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Great location - the Vatican square is about 7/8 minutes, the bus stop 4/5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel could be better with a 24 hour restaurant.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
