Joey the owner friendly and strict. Place is peaceful and quiet. Beautiful. Not a party house. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Beautiful outside area. Beach is 3 minute walk away.

Staff are very helpful and the owner (Joey) very welcoming and accommodating, she goes out of her way to assist guests. Rooms are lovely, clean and very spacious with sea views. There are built in cupboards in the rooms with plenty of storage. Beds are very comfortable with crisp clean linen. Rooms have air-conditioning. There are hairdryers in rooms, as well as safes for storage of valuable items. Relaxing pool area. Secure parking for vehicles. Guest house is walking distance from Sunset Beach. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Can definitely recommend Atlantic Waves and will be back.
