This was the best five star hotel! From the room, to the staff and the gorgeous views, it was stunning! The view from the suite, actually from the bed, was an infinity pool directly into the ocean. We watched the sun dip into the ocean from our room each night and it was truly divine. Greg, the owner, called to verify the reservation and was so accommodating! He made sure we had bubbly in our room and something to snack on upon arrival. I felt special, despite knowing that they probably treat all of their guests this way. They deliver a delicious 5 star breakfast each morning and are so quick and responsive to your needs throughout the day that I felt like a celebrity. My husband and I enjoyed our visit so much that I absolutely insisted that my sister and mom stay there when they visit next month. I emailed Greg after booking them a room, and he upgraded their stay. He is phenomenal... and the pictures don't do the place justice! Go to Cape Town and stay at Atlanticview. You will not be disappointed.

Stunning hotel. It only has 9 rooms, which gives it enough privacy and exclusivity. The service is fantastic, breakfast is delicious made from local ingredients and you do get complimentary wines and canapes between 7-9pm. There are two pools and many loungers to make the most of. And of course the view of the sunset is absolutely unforgettable.

Loved the views and the amenities. This hotel had a truly unique and desirable experience and location and the owners are very hospitable, and the staff is extremely attentive. There were so many elements of “above and beyond” that it was such a pleasure and relief to experience after a two week trip throughout South Africa. Highly recommended.

For a peaceful stay in the Cape Town area, there is no better choice than Atlanticview. The staff, particularly Epi and Mansur, make you feel at home and take care of your every need. So happy to be a guest there and am planning my third stay.

The best hotel you can have. The most hospital, friendliest, kind staff ever that we will stay in touch when we’re back. It really felt like home! Thank you for everything! We enjoyed every minute in the Atlantic view and we will recommend this hotel to everyone and definitely come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
