This hotel is great. Rooms were clean, gym was quite ok, and the location was right next to Southern Cross station. Superb value for the price I paid. Would recommend this hotel. Just bring your own toiletries.

Nice place to stay. Location was great, close to shops and public transport. The staff were lovely. Room was very clean and spacious. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here for three days. The room was quite small and the bathroom was very small as well. Not a lot of space. When we went down to the pool the tiles were falling off inside the pool and this is a safety issue for children using the pool. The morning breakfast which is $15 each day is pretty good. Room service were lovely with making our bed and new toiletries. The night time staff were quite rude towards us.

Good location, room spacious and comfortable, good shower. I didnt try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. The hotel does not habe shower gel or body Lotion, only shampoo. Close to tram free zone station and walking distance to Sky bus arrival/departure Gym located lowest level, with pool and sauna. Gym was well equipped, but a little old; still nice to use

The sauna and pool were great. I just wish there was a cubby near the sauna or pool to put your items like keycard, glasses, or clothes. I didn't want to bring the keycard or my glasses into the sauna so I had to leave them on the chair just outside which made me a bit nervous. The wifi is fine but you have to sign in everything which can be a bit annoying. A bottle of water in the room would havs been nice. I know the hotel says the water from the tap in the bathroom is drinkable but I didn't like the taste or smell of it to be honest. The room was fine - a bit dated but I was only there for 3 nights so it met my needs. The view was nothing crazy but the window could use a cleaning. The toilet makes a weird noise after flushing and the head of the shower seemed to either not be connected properly to the pipe or there was a crack because water was coming out from the connection. Location is great with 3 tram stops nearby and a Coles right outside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
