Enjoyed our stay at Atlas Hotel. Rooms were modern and updated. Breakfast was included and was excellent, including fancy coffee machines. Location was good, St. Catherine church and many bars and restaurants nearby, but about a 10 min walk to Grand Place where most tours start. Highly recommend Atlas Hotel.

Good choice if you look for standard accomodation in the center of the city. Friendly service, clean and fully functional rooms, moderate breakfast. I often take the Atlas when I'm on a business trip to Brussels

September 2023 Stayed for 5 night (4+1) at this place. This is my second stay after the gap of 5-6 years The hotel is located very near St. Catherine metro station (Line 1 and 5) and walking distance from Grand place. You can find many restaurants and shopping area near the hotel. The property is old and rooms looks little dull. There is air conditioning in the room now. For first few days I was in normal room. The last night, the staff put me in room (180) with mezzanine. It was little weird as there was small living room down and single bed upstairs. The breakfast area is good and many choices in the breakfast. The property is accessible and there are accessible rooms available.

The Atlas hotel is very central and convenient for the city centre and if like us you were driving, does have its own car park albeit it is quite expensive at 24 euros per night. Unfortunately there is major works going on across the road from the hotel and on both mornings the workman started at 7:00am so expecting a holiday lie in, well we did not get it. Maybe a room at the back of the hotel should be offered first and would have helped with this but we were put in the front and maybe this is why we were asked to pay for our stay at the start and not on check out unlike most other hotels. The continental self service breakfast is acceptable. I have to say though the young lady at check out was not particularly friendly, she did not ask if we had enjoyed our stay, was everything acceptable etc, very disappointing, maybe this is because they had our money already. At the moment avoid the hotel unless you can guarantee staying in a room that is not going to wake you up at 7 am.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
